These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of topking.com and to services from Catalyst Assets LLC DBA TopKing ("TopKing," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, requesting a quote, or signing up for our text messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About TopKing

Since 1974, TopKing has provided auto interior and exterior styling, including leather interiors (we are a certified Katzkin installer), sunroofs, convertible tops, glass, and small interior repairs. All work is done at our shop at 4200 Shawnee Dr, Kansas City, KS 66106. Customers bring their vehicles to us; we do not offer onsite or mobile service.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Pricing is by quote only. A quote is an estimate based on the information and photos you give us, and it may change once we see your vehicle in person. Requesting a quote does not create a contract or reserve a spot in our schedule.

3. Shop Hours and Vehicle Drop-Off

Our shop is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. After-hours drop-off is available; please contact us to arrange it. Please remove personal items from your vehicle before drop-off.

4. Warranty

TopKing offers a limited lifetime parts warranty and a 12-month labor warranty. Full warranty details, including what is and is not covered, are provided at the time of service.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

  • Program name: TopKing Auto Styling text messages. Texts are sent from +1 (913) 298-6913.
  • Age requirement: You must be 18 or older to sign up for TopKing text messages.
  • What we text about: These are customer care messages only, such as replies to quote requests, quote follow-ups, appointment and drop-off reminders, replies to missed calls, service and pickup updates, and answers to your questions. We do not send promotional or marketing texts through this program.
  • How you sign up: You can agree to receive texts by (1) checking the text message consent box on our website quote or contact form, (2) texting us first at +1 (913) 298-6913, or (3) telling our staff at the shop that you agree to receive texts. If you call us and we miss your call, we may send a text reply to the number you called from about your call.
  • Consent is optional: Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service. You can still request a quote or have work done without signing up.
  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your quote, appointment, and service.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
  • How to stop: Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. We will send one final text confirming you have been unsubscribed, and then you will not receive more texts from us unless you sign up again.
  • How to rejoin: Reply START or UNSTOP, or sign up again using one of the methods above.
  • How to get help: Reply HELP to any message for help. You can also call us at (913) 262-3988 or email [email protected].
  • Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Your number: By signing up, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number you provide or have the account holder's permission. If your number changes, please reply STOP from the old number or let us know.
  • Privacy: We will not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Using Our Website

Please use our website only for lawful purposes. Do not try to disrupt the site, access it in unauthorized ways, or submit false, harmful, or someone else's information. When you send us information or photos, you confirm you have the right to share them, and you allow us to use them to prepare your quote and provide our services.

7. Website Content

The text, photos, logos, and other content on this website belong to TopKing or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Katzkin and other brand names belong to their owners.

We work to keep the website accurate, but it is provided "as is" for general information. Service descriptions and photos are examples and may not reflect every vehicle or result.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, TopKing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our text messages. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under our written warranty or any rights you have under the law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Kansas.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above. Continuing to use the website or our text messages after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
